TASK was briefed to deliver an extensive CAT A refurbishment including the construction of a new façade and entrance to the building with additional improvements to the public realm.
Our team were appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract to complete the works with some occupiers in situ, including new WCs, raised access flooring, new power and lighting, plug and play fibre network, revolving doors and speed gates, reception and external fenestration improvements to the façade.
